Central Elementary School

Hello Central Elementary School Family,

I am truly honored and thrilled to introduce myself as the newly appointed Principal of Central Elementary School. It is a privilege to lead a school with dedicated students, an exceptional staff, and a supportive community. Together, we have the power to foster an enriching educational environment for every student, and I am eager to support and serve each member of this remarkable community.

With nine years of experience in education, I have had the pleasure of working with students and staff from Pre-K to 5th grade in various capacities. Most recently, I served as the Assistant Principal at Highland Gardens Elementary School in Montgomery Public Schools. I am excited to bring my instructional leadership skills to Central Elementary School and collaborate with you as partners in our mission: the success of our students.

On a personal note, I hail from the Sunshine State of Florida, where I grew up. I am proud to be an alumnus of both Alabama State University and Auburn University. My passions include watching sports, working out, and eating fruit.  My sister Keinna is my biggest inspiration in my life prepare to hear about her often! Joining the Central Elementary School family fills me with enthusiasm, as I admire the school district's commitment to high values and excellence in providing rich opportunities for learning.

I believe education is a lifelong journey, and I am eager to embrace the unique qualities of Central Elementary this year and beyond. My firm belief is that students are at the heart of all we do. I look forward to building strong relationships with all of you and blending my experiences with a genuine curiosity to learn from each of you as we partner in supporting our students. Success is a collective effort that extends from school to home, and I encourage you to engage in every way possible !!!
